Driving Directions:

Kennesaw, GA- ETA 10-12 minutes

Travel south on i75 towards i285. Take exit 259B towards i285 West. Take the Cobb Parkway exit within that exit. Turn right onto Cobb Parkway. The first traffic light will be Spring Road. Make a left at the Marathon Gas Station and Nalley Lexus Dealership. Take a right at the next light (Cumberland Blvd), and we will be in the shopping center on the left hand side.

Marietta Square- ETA 10 minutes

Travel south on Cobb Parkway towards south Marietta. Pass Windy Hill Road and continue south. After you pass the Marshalls shopping center, take a right onto Cumberland Blvd. We will be in the shopping center on the right hand side after the Marshalls entrance, before the McDonalds.

Midtown Atlanta (14th Street)- ETA 10 minutes

Take i75 North towards Cumberland Mall. Take the i285 West Ramp exit 259B. Stay to the right and take the Cobb Parkway Exit. Turn right off the exit then turn left at the first major traffic light which is Spring Road. Take a right at the next light (Cumberland Blvd), and we will be in the shopping center on the left hand side.

Sandy Springs- ETA 5-10 Minutes

From Roswell Road, travel i285 West. Take exit 20 towards Atlanta. Make a right off Cobb Parkway. First traffic light will be Spring Road. Make a left onto Spring Road. Take a right at the next light (Cumberland Blvd), and we will be in the shopping center on the left hand side.

We provide a standard 90 day warranty on all of our repairs and purchases of devices. If you happen to think the functionality of your cell phone or tablet is not operating right, we will swap out the repair no questions asked.*

*Any kind of accidental/intentional damage will void the warranty. This includes cracking the screen, having a third party open the device, water damage, etc.

I cracked my new iPhone 6 plus phone twice after dropping it. The first time was a small hairline and the second the whole screen was shattered. I called these guys and the service was outstanding. I called around first but a lot of places were either not repairing the iPhone 6’s yet or they were charging astronomical prices. I paid $249, not cheap but I couldn’t stand to look at my phone the way it was any longer. I think the price is cheaper for the iPhone 6 too. I would ask. My phone looks the way it was when I first bought it, no problems.

Their hours are great for those working full time. I think I only waited 15 minutes/20 minutes and there were people in front of me. You can tell they really take care of their customers here and they are very professional.

It seems like I’m always breaking my cell phone :(. It started with my Samsung Galaxy S4 at first, I shattered the screen down to its guts. Came into the iRepairIT location in Smyrna and they made the phone look new out of the box! The technician, Gio, was knowledgeable and answered my software questions as well for no extra charge which was very helpful. That was my first experience repairing my phone here at the store.

A few weeks later I decided to trade in my samsung at AT&T, and purchase the LG G3. And guess what happens next… Yep broke my stupid smart phone again. I rushed into the Atlanta iRepairIT store. This time my glass cracked so bad that my touch screen went out too. Josh, the tech that was helping me this time, explained that on the LG phones the digitizer is very fragile and cracking the glass usually leads to the touch to go irresponsive. 30 minutes later my phone was fixed back to its original status.

This place is highly recommended by me so far, have only had two good experiences. The best part is that the repair is quick, inexpensive, and the place looks neat!

First and foremost, I am a college student and I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and my screen was cracked internally so it was really had not to get frustrated by it. Since I’m not from Atlanta, I came on Yelp to find a location to get my phone fixed. As soon as I walked in I was created by one of the workers and he assisted me on how badly my phone was messed up and how long it would approximately take to fix. I received Amazing Customer Service. Everyone is so nice and friendly. My phone was fixed in less than an hour and it wasn’t that expensive at all. The men that work here, know exactly what they’re doing and know that your device(s) , whether it’s an iPhone, iPad, Samsung Galaxy S3, S4, and S5. They will take care of it. Best place to get your devices fixed in Atlanta by far.

I had been looking to buy a new iPad because mine was such a pain in the butt, when the friend I was visiting in Atlanta told me that shed gotten her cracked screen repaired and all the problems I complained of went away. But I’m only here for three days. “It takes an hour there.”
